Innovation & Improvement Content Center

The Center on Innovation and Improvement helps to provide teachers and parents with the opportunities, information, and skills they need in order to make wise decisions on behalf of students. This center’s goal is to provide information, tools, and training to the regional comprehensive centers so that they can help states improve student learning by:

• assisting districts and schools in their improvement;
• implementing and supporting the choice provisions of NCLB;
• increasing the number and quality of charter schools; and
• ensuring equitable participation of private school students and teachers in federal programs for which they are eligible.
