About the Event
The Southeast Comprehensive Center (SECC) cordially invites you to attend its summit, Tiered Interventions and Evidence-Based Strategies for Improving Student Outcomes in High School. The purpose of this summit is to build the capacity of state education agencies (SEAs) to support the implementation of tiered interventions and evidence-based strategies in high schools in order to improve outcomes for students.
Summit Outcomes:
- Increase SEAs’ knowledge of tiered interventions and evidence-based strategies for high school students
- Develop potential strategies and next steps for supporting the implementation of tiered interventions
- Increase networking opportunities within SEAs and across states to support the implementation of tiered interventions
Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations for this event at the Charleston Place Hotel are provided by SECC for up to seven (7) participants from each state department. SECC will arrange for and secure airline travel and hotel accommodations, as appropriate, and will reimburse participants’ costs including eligible meals not provided at the institute as per SEDL’s reimbursement policy to be posted on the online registration Web page and provided at the institute.
